Using this website: You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to order. You agree to give accurate information and not use this site for any unlawful purpose.

Custom orders: Every custom piece is made to your measurements and choices. Small variations in color, texture, or fit between the photo and finished piece are normal for handmade garments, not a fault. Once production starts on a custom order, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Prices and payment: Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. Payment must be completed before we begin production.

Intellectual property: All designs, photos, and content on this site belong to Elan By Kristen and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability: We do our best to describe every product accurately. Elan By Kristen is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages from using this website, to the fullest extent allowed by law, without limiting any right you have under South African consumer law.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
