You'll see a photo of your fabric and a progress update before your piece ships. If something needs adjusting, we fix it before it leaves our hands.

How do I start a custom order?
Message us on WhatsApp or send an email with a photo, sketch, or link to the piece you want. Tell us the fabric and color you have in mind and we'll take it from there.
How do you take my measurements?
We use your standard body measurements to create your custom piece. If you are far away and want a more specific fit, we can arrange a WhatsApp video call to guide you through the measuring process.
How long does it take to make a custom piece?
Production takes up to 14 working days depending on our current order volume. For bridal gowns and matric dance dresses, production can take up to 3 months depending on order volume and the complexity of the design.
Will I receive updates while my piece is being made?
Once your order is confirmed and measurements are received, our team gets to work. You can reach out to us at any time via WhatsApp for updates on your order.
How long does delivery take?
South Africa: 1 to 4 business days. International: 5 to 14 business days.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Price depends on the fabric, the design, and the amount of hand work involved. Send us your idea and we'll quote you a price before you commit to anything.
