How does the custom design process work?
We use your standard body measurements to create your custom piece. If you are far away and want a more specific fit, we can arrange a WhatsApp video call to guide you through the measuring process.
How long does delivery take?
South Africa: 1 to 4 business days. International: 5 to 14 business days.
How long does it take to make a custom piece?
Production takes up to 14 working days depending on our current order volume. For bridal gowns and matric dance dresses, production can take up to 3 months depending on order volume and the complexity of the design.
Will I receive updates while my piece is being made?
Once your order is confirmed and measurements are received, our team gets to work. You can reach out to us at any time via WhatsApp for updates on your order.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure pieces. Ready-to-wear sizing varies by item, check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements. Custom pieces are cut to your own measurements, not a fixed size.
Can I request a specific color or fabric?
Yes. Most designs can be made in the color and fabric of your choice. Share your inspiration when you place your order and we'll confirm what's possible before we start cutting.
What is your return policy?
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, with tags attached. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale once we start production. If we made a mistake, like a manufacturing defect or wrong size, we'll fix it, replace it, or offer store credit.
